The preliminary statistics for the planted amount of ha. in Holland for crop 2016, show for that for lilium it is expected that total will be substantially higher, from 4232.69 to 4305.28 ha for crop 2016. Note that due to the heavy rainfall (especially in the south of Holland) already some ha.(so far not clear how many) cannot be harvested.
The gladiolus it is expected that they planted some less, from 797.54 last year to 771.63 ha. this year.
